INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP/TALK
RELEARNING WORKSHOP/TALK
The World of the Other
In addition to understanding others, having tools to resolve situations, and recognizing the importance of this in customer service and sales, communication is also a discipline inherent to the prevention of occupational and psychosocial risks within an organization.
The workshop helps us discover more about ourselves, rethink conflict management, develop assertive communication, accept feedback, and increase self-confidence.
Understanding communication within ourselves promotes better long-term projections and improves occupational health outcomes, which are often the result of our own actions.

Tools for Well-being
Many people suffer simply because of how they think based on judgments and learned concepts (success, failure, good, bad, etc.) developed throughout their lives.
From the perspective of communicology, this instance contributes by providing new perspectives on our actions within the systems where we operate and live.
It enhances individuals' ability to develop tools to prevent entering states that affect us and to consider relearning as a primary line of support for feeling well, benefiting both personal and professional areas.

The Benefits of the Present
A Tool for Feeling Good
Mindfulness helps combat stress and anxiety because it leads us to recognize many processes that depend on our attention and full awareness.
It reduces cortisol levels (the hormone released in stress situations) and generates a new understanding of our reactions to everything our mind presents.
In these cycles, practical sessions are conducted, introducing mindfulness as a tool and developing it for our well-being.
In addition to this practice, relearning perspectives from communicology are provided:
